    it wouldnt make any difference and the sugar would ruin your machine if you want that expresoo flavor just throw in a shot of expresso into your hot chocolate

    If you put it in the portafilter (where you put the ground up coffee beans), you’re unlikely to do any damage.
    But you’re not going to get the same effect as you are used to.

    If you have an espresso machine and you are looking to make a great hot chocolate, use the steaming wand. Add some rich drinking chocolate, such as African Red drinking chocolate, or a swiss drinking chocolate, to a milk jug, and use the steam to whisk the chocolate into the milk while heating and frothing at the same time.
    It’s quicker than doing it on the stove or in a microwave and it’s delicious because the chocolate is mixed all the way through.
