Want To Know How To Pick Out Coffee Beans You'll Love? See Below!

I am opening a breakfast restaurant and I am looking for a good espresso machine.?

I think I want to stay away from a dependent water line but open to all suggestions. Thank you!
I guess I should add that we are opening in a building that was built in 1886 so most of our budget is going to getting everything up to code. I can’t really afford a ,000 machine. I am looking to spend about a tenth of that, if not less. I really do appreciate everyone’s help!

Bunn Tiger Espresso machines are the best

You really need anything Italian. ALthough, I have used some Swiss made espresso machines that were amazing.

I recommend La Marzzaco- They make semi- automatic, and automatic. You should really stick with the semi-auto, because you wont have to pay so much when it needs to be serviced, it’s easier to clean.. and the Barista still has the capability to make the drinks their own. They can stil personalize the milk. And that’s what it’s all about!

All Starbucks and seattle’s Best Cafe’s use Verisimo machines.

They can be pricey, but the best usually is. Plus they set the industry standard when it comes to maintenance and warranties

The only two machines I have used are an automatic Verisimo (at Starbucks) and a manual Marzocco (at a local coffeeshop). Manual machines CLEARLY give you a much better quality and are the only way you’ll gain respect from true coffee lovers. That being said, pulling shots by hand does require skill and a little more time. Plus, you generally will also need to buy a separate grinder for the beans. That being said, if you want to be able to train your employees quickly (or can’t afford to pay them much), expect to run a high volume store, or don’t want to grind your own beans, automatic machines are the way to go!

By the way, if you use manual machines, you should pay your workers more or at least allow them to accept tips… It’s only fair.

Best of luck with your store! Breakfast food is my fav. :)

You could start with a personal super-automatic espresso machine. Once your business takes off, you’ll have better knowledge of your customers’ needs and more resources to purchase higher-end equipment. Here’s a guide to deciding between the best personal super-automatic espresso machines:
