The best non-dairy, non-soy milk to use in an espresso machine?

I am a vegan who also does not consume soy products, so I was wondering what the best alternative would be when steaming milk in an espresso machine. Thank you very much.

Try coconut milk or almond milk. Both are good. You can either make your own coconut milk or buy it canned. Actually one of the stores around my way also sell coconut milk by the half gallon in the milk aisle. Blue Diamond makes a great almond milk but they come in flavors (vanilla, chocolate, plain, sweetened, unsweetened) Both "milks" froth up nicely and can be used as an alternative to cow and soy milks.

I’ve found that Oat milk froths the best. Almond milk has a better consistency for cold espresso drinks.
